Could you tell us a bit about how you started in the world of Pilates?
I was a dancer and first introduced to the work when I was 13- 14 years old as a preparation for Ballet Barre. Later around 18-19 I was formally introduced to Romana by my director – Tina Ramirez.
How would you define Pilates from your personal point of view?
Pilates is a kinetically correct exercise method created to balance the mind, body and soul.
What has been the most important tool in your career as a teacher and mentor?
Having the work in my body, truly in my body.
What is your way of seeing life and what do you think is important right now?
I see life as potential and opportunity. Sometimes the darker the time the more light there is to be found.
Do you have a secret that you would like to share or any advice that you think can help?
Yes- But I don’t think it is a secret. Have balance in your life- not only in your body. Play! Work! Rest! And above all Have Fun!

This work, when done correctly, needs only three hours a week to achieve positive change. Don’t you deserve three hours a week?
